What inspired me to start Verdant Purpose?
Verdant Purpose started because I was tired of watching good organisations struggle with bad HR advice. I've seen charities overcharged for investigations, small organisations buried in outdated handbooks, and founders left searching the internet for advice. It didn’t sit right with me and I knew it could be done better.
After years in senior HR roles, I've built the skills to handle the tough stuff restructures, investigations, complicated cultural challenges but what really lights me up is doing it with purpose. I wanted to build something values-led, where compliance didn’t mean cold, and where legal support came with a human touch.
Verdant Purpose exists to help organisations doing good stay in the green legally, culturally, and financially. It’s about making HR make sense, and giving overstretched leaders the calm, confident support they deserve. No waffle. No drama.
